Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and HMI interfaces to resolve production issues.
• Implement and maintain safety control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC-controlled equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Proficient in industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA systems development and integration.
• Experience with industrial robotics and motion control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, PROFINET).
• Proficiency in other programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or integration tasks.
• Knowledge of robotics programming or vision systems.
• Certifications in specific PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
