Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Lead and manage regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehousing to improve material flow and reduce lead times.
• Implement and maintain an inventory management system (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track inventory movement and status.
• Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) such as turns, accuracy, and obsolete stock.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and demand forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Project management experience, especially related to system implementations or process improvements.
