Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to diagnose root causes.
• Fabricate and weld parts as needed for repairs and modifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
