Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Rockford that are seeking Manufacturing Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Specify, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt certification).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design or process layout.
• Familiarity with robotic automation or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Project management experience, ideally with a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
