Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce shipping errors.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, and other third-party logistics providers.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in inventory and warehouse modules.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
