Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the maintenance team in daily operations and project execution.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and longevity.
• Manage departmental budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to manufacturing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of skill development and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other maintenance planning tools.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and best practices for industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
