The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze capital expenditure requests, evaluating their financial viability and return on investment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing and provide insights into operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing KPIs.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for data extraction and analysis.
