Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast production costs and revenue.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers of financial performance in production.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and provide financial justification for new equipment.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce working capital.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements across manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) beyond basic data entry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Certification in financial modeling (e.g., FMVA) or data analytics (e.g., CAP).
• Project management experience, particularly in process improvement or system implementation.
