Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Financial Analysts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Analyze production costs, inventory, and capital expenditures to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance.
• Evaluate the financial viability of new projects, capital investments, and product lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and operational metrics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
