Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Train, supervise, and mentor finishing technicians, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures within the finishing department.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of finished products.
• Manage inventory of finishing materials and supplies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with various finishing techniques beyond standard practices (e.g., specialized coatings, intricate detailing).

• Ability to train and mentor junior supervisors or team leads.
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to the workforce or supply chain.
