Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Supervise and train a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality defects.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Manage documentation control for quality records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
