Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a quality team, drive cultural change, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
