Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Muskegon seeking Quality Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and train quality inspection teams.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation systems.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop quality team members
