Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures to optimize output and quality.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to optimize material flow and process improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage automation technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking and decision-making
