Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Recruiters. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively for candidate management and reporting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Attend career fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using various methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and organizational structures.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
