Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to optimize efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract highly skilled candidates for various operational and technical roles.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ATS implementation or optimization.
- Project management experience, particularly in HR-related initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills with a focus on recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives or social media recruiting campaigns.
- Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications.
