Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment design and installation.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and improve asset performance.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering, maintenance, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and predict failures.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and condition monitoring technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for reliability data.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
