Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving tools to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and process inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement control plans to sustain improvements and prevent recurrence of issues, ensuring long-term operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive process optimization and achieve business objectives.
• Champion the adoption of Six Sigma principles and methodologies throughout the manufacturing organization, promoting a data-driven decision-making culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from a recognized institution (e.g., ASQ, IASSC).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex Six Sigma projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement.
• Proven ability to deliver significant cost savings, quality improvements, and cycle time reductions through project execution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and their integration with Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML applications in process improvement
• Project management professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python) for complex data analysis
