Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion within manufacturing operations.
• Mentor Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and optimize cycle times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive process excellence initiatives.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to validate improvements and control new processes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience leading complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings and process improvements through Six Sigma methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML tools for process optimization and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior-level continuous improvement professionals.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of identifying and quantifying cost savings and revenue generation opportunities.
• Experience in applying Six Sigma methodologies to supply chain optimization and logistics.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
