Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial and operational improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project execution.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and process mapping to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements and standardize best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build internal capability.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with demonstrated project leadership.
• 5+ years experience applying Black Belt methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to deliver significant, quantifiable financial savings through process improvement.
• Strong statistical analysis skills, including expertise in Minitab or similar software.
• Track record of mentoring and coaching Green Belts and project teams.
• Experience in change management and driving cultural adoption of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML tools for process optimization and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior-level continuous improvement practitioners.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of identifying and quantifying cost savings.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing context.
