Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets.
• Manage and mentor shop floor staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.

• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, sales, and supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ employees
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Demonstrated experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Technical proficiency in relevant manufacturing equipment and processes
