Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Spring Lake region seeking Shop Foremans. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage equipment maintenance and calibration programs.
• Optimize workflow and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product development and prototypes.
• Control inventory of materials and tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing designs.
• Certification in a relevant skilled trade (e.g., welding, machining).
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
