Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across all operations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Optimize shop floor layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering departments to streamline production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, quality control, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
