Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grandville that are seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with international logistics and customs regulations
