Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Project Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project implementation.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Proficiency in project management software beyond the basics (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project with advanced features).
