Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., CSM, PgMP)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context
• Proficiency in project management software beyond basic tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior project team members
