Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
