Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product defects, shipping errors, and service complaints.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to expedite orders and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers, including usage instructions and maintenance tips.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related technical field
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CX, conflict resolution)
