Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Muskegon that are seeking skilled Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Optimize workflow and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members in new processes or skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
