Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
• Train and mentor new assembly personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations on the production floor.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
