Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Assembly Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and submit reports to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics
• Bilingual (especially Spanish or relevant language for the local workforce)
