Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced quality control plans for new product introductions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for complex quality issues.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and inspectability of products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and work with suppliers to resolve material quality issues.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical guidance on quality methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in core quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred.
