Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Grandville seeking experienced Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial and office records.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience with office administration and management, including supply ordering, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles
  • Experience with payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex)
  • Ability to assist with HR-related tasks (onboarding, record keeping)
