Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of assembly line personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Train and mentor new assembly technicians on processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assembly processes to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies within the assembly area.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure product quality and meet production targets.
