Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across St. Johns seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cost of goods sold.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience with inventory costing and reconciliation in a manufacturing context.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions independently.
