Salary Range: $51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations.
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cost of goods sold.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting principles.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
