Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled CNC Machinists. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations and required tooling.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using various metrology tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, offsets, and tooling as needed to maintain part quality and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and part quality.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage of raw stock and finished goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and G-code
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
