Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience programming CNC lathes, preferably with multi-axis and live tooling capabilities.
• Proficient in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Esprit, GibbsCAM) for generating toolpaths and G-code.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and its application in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Experience with various tooling, inserts, and workholding methods for optimal material removal and surface finish.
