Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Controls Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for automated production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and implement control solutions.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operating procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing, programming, and commissioning PLC-based control systems (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens).
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development and configuration (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and motion control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and optimize manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Ignition SCADA development
• Proficiency in Python scripting for data analysis or automation
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data management
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for industrial IoT applications
• Project management experience, particularly in leading automation initiatives
