Continuous Improvement Manager | Whitehall, MI

Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Whitehall that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Mentor and train employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain a robust CI project portfolio aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
