Salary Range: $121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and optimize the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.
• Lead the annual budget process and provide ongoing financial forecasting.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
