Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Portage seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for identified inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic improvement initiatives and prioritize projects.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels in the application of continuous improvement techniques.
