Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Identify and eliminate waste in production processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic continuous improvement initiatives and roadmaps.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in key manufacturing metrics (e.g., OEE, yield, cost reduction).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python or R for data analysis
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
