Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of critical IT and OT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA) to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and shop floor devices.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect both corporate IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Lead IT projects for system implementations, upgrades, and integrations that enhance manufacturing automation and efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and problem resolution for manufacturing personnel, minimizing production downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve manufacturing processes.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement for hardware, software, and services relevant to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and applications within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, industrial automation).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing operational goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in IT security principles and practices, particularly within an industrial/OT context.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or common manufacturing ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, industrial control systems, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments.
