Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and profitability drivers to provide actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with significant time in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and establishing strong internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant upgrades in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
