Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Install, commission, and modify new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Familiarity with robotic systems or industrial automation
