Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
• Coordinate and execute emergency repairs, troubleshooting complex machinery issues, and facility infrastructure maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to optimize equipment uptime and support manufacturing targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and developing maintenance teams.
• In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and reliability engineering principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience with CMMS implementation or significant optimization projects
• Background as a journeyman-level tradesperson (e.g., electrician, millwright)
• Experience managing capital equipment installation and commissioning projects
