Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and bottlenecks on the production floor.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and PFDs.
• Support new product introductions by scaling processes from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools, and CAD.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) related to manufacturing operations
