Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor key process performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D) to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II)
  • Experience with PLC programming and SCADA/DCS systems
  • Familiarity with equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) in a regulated manufacturing environment
