Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robots to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and software faults in robotic cells.
• Program and calibrate robot paths, teach points, and logic for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all robotic operations comply with industry standards.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on robot operation and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong understanding of PLC logic, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems.
• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex robotic system malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
• Familiarity with industrial network protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Basic understanding of CAD software for layout review or fixture design.
